I am on my third career, and this one is my favorite one by far. I was drawn to English because I enjoy communicating with people and making connections. When I鈥檓 not teaching, I am working on videos for my health and wellness-focused YouTube Channel, Midwestern Method. I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and I was one of the first people in the world to train under 26 World Record Holder, Wim Hof, to become a Wim Hof Method Instructor. I specialize in teaching breathwork, cold training, and meditation in the Midwest. I am fascinated with the way the human body and mind work.

I am a proud father and husband in a wonderful family. We are a growing family, but not in the way that most are. Our family is growing through adoption! In 2016, my wife and I became foster parents, and in 2018 we adopted our first child. What a journey it has been and continues to be!
