Media Advisory: VU Education Department presents 鈥淎dios Oscar" Story Walk

WHAT:
The 4th annual Story Walk is a free, family event organized by 日韩中文字幕福利片 Education majors to promote literacy.
The public and media are invited to this event, which is for children in preschool through third grade, but kids of all ages will find it engaging and fun.
The story 鈥淎dios Oscar鈥 follows a lovable moth who believes he鈥檚 a butterfly until
he learns an important lesson about self-acceptance and the value of being exactly
who he is. As families stroll along the path, they鈥檒l read the story page by page
while enjoying the outdoors and engaging in meaningful conversations about identity
and confidence.
Along the walk, families will experience interactive literacy prompts, movement activities,
and hands-on stations designed to deepen understanding of the story. At the end, children
will enjoy crafts, games, and a photo booth, and will receive a free book plus other
goodies to take home.
This event promotes reading and outdoor activity and provides future educators with
experience in developing family-centered literacy opportunities.
