FINANCE/REVENUE COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. To receive information and to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation which is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (B); or

2. To receive information and discuss the purchase of real property prior to the time of contract or option to purchase is executed by VU pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (2) (D); or

3. To receive information and discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) (9).
